I’m so happy you’re here! I’m a former high-performing dancer who grew up in the competitive and collegiate dance scene. These days, I’m a mental health therapist, and I still dance and teach because movement will always be home for me. I created this course as an uplifting space where dancers can build confidence, feel supported, and grow both mentally and emotionally.

What is The Elite Dancer’s Mind?

An evidence-based online course and digital workbook that includes video classes on mental health topics commonly experienced by high-level teen dancers .

Designed specifically for high-level teens dancers.

Created by a dancer who’s been through it herself and is now a mental health professional, this course speaks directly to the mental and emotional challenges high-level dancers face- from perfectionism to burnout- with language and tools that resonate.

Based on proven mental wellness techniques.

Utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the course provides practical skills to help dancers better understand their emotions, manage stress, and build resilience in an accessible, supportive format.
